Day Conference Booking Conditions
1.         “The Client” is the organisation, its representative, or the person making the booking.

2.         A booking is deemed to be provisional until such time as the Client confirms the date either verbally or in writing.  A contract will then exist between the Client and Dillington House and the cancellation policy will be in force from that date.

3.         The rates charged will be as specified in a letter of confirmation which will specify the date, estimated delegate numbers and basic requirements, if applicable.

4.         Final delegate numbers and specific requirements shall be notified to the Conference Manager at Dillington House not less than 14 days prior to the event date.

5.         The Invoice in respect of your booking will be calculated on the basis of notified delegate numbers 10 days prior to the event date.  Additional delegate numbers must be notified at the earliest opportunity and will be charged accordingly.

6.         If you cancel your booking for whatever reason you will be charged on the following basis:

More than 12 weeks prior to the booking                                -            no charge
Within a period of 7-12 weeks prior to the booking               -            25%
Within a period of 3-7 weeks prior to the booking                 -            50%
Within a period of 2-3 weeks prior to the booking                 -            75%
Less than 2 weeks                                                                         -            100%

Please Note: Cancellation charges will be calculated on the basis of the total maximum value of your booking at the time of cancellation.  All cancellations should be confirmed in writing to the Conference Manager.
