Day Delegate Package £42 + VAT (valid to 31 March 2009)
The day delegate rate covers arrival and mid-morning refreshments, two course lunch, afternoon tea, main conference room with standard audio-visual equipment including flipchart, pens, OHP, TV/DVD & Video player and data-projector on request.  

Residential Delegate Package £140 + VAT (valid to 31 March 2009)
The residential delegate rate includes the day delegate package plus three-course dinner, accommodation in an en-suite bedroom and full-English breakfast (buffet style).  Bedroom accommodation is shared between the House, the Mews.

Additional Rooms
Additional rooms for grouping, exhibitions or workshops are available at an extra charge of £95 (plus VAT) per day or part thereof (valid to 31 March 2009).   Please note that included in this charge is the standard audio-visual equipment as listed above.

Free BROADBAND
We offer a free wireless broadband service in all bedrooms and conference rooms.

Additional Equipment & Conference Support
For special events requiring hired-in equipment or conference support additional charges will apply.  These will be agreed with you in advance. 

Dietary Requirements
Vegetarians are catered for at all meal times.  Vegan, ethnic, restrictive or medical diets can be provided by prior arrangement. 

Residential Parking
Delegates and organisers staying on a residential basis are advised to park in the lower car parks adjacent to the House.
