Booking Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required for all residential
courses (whether you attend on a residential or non-residential basis).
Balance of fees are due 4 weeks before the course commencement date. After
this date you will be liable for the full course fee.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other courses if you cancel
within this four week period for whatever reason.
Fees for dayschools are payable in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable to other courses if you have to cancel for whatever reason.
Every effort is made to ensure that the course is run as described. However, we can take no responsibility for consequential losses should, in exceptional circumstances, any arrangements need to be changed for any reason.
Accommodation
Bedroom accommodation is shared between the House, the Mews
and is allocated according to person requirement.
Course Cancellation
Dillington House reserves the right to cancel a course for whatever reason but
where this happens we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. In
the event of a cancelled course full fees including deposits are returnable.
Dietary Requirements
Vegetarians are catered for at all meal times. Vegan, ethnic, restrictive
or medical diets can be provided by prior arrangement.
Residential Parking
Students and tutors staying on a residential basis are advised to park in
the lower car parks adjacent to the House. Parking in front of the
Mews is mostly reserved for disabled persons.
Mailing List
Once on the mailing list or if you attend a course you will receive the programme
for a period of three years. If after this time you have not
attended a course you will automatically be removed.
In compliance with Data Protection legislation we do not divulge your details to any third party. Information provided by you is only used for the purposes for which it is required.
