Dillington House welcomes constructive comment and feedback on any aspect of its service.  This can be done via reception or through any member of staff.  Alternatively, you are invited to write to or e-mail Carol Crocker, Operations Manager – ccrocker@somerset.gov.uk

If you wish you make a formal complaint to Dillington House please write to or e-mail Carol Crocker, Operations Manager ccrocker@somerset.gov.uk.   All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and speedily and you will be contacted with a response.   Our formal complaints procedure can be obtained from Reception and can also be read in the information folders in bedrooms.   If your complaint is of a minor nature and you feel it can be addressed immediately, please ask to speak to a manager and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly to your satisfaction.
